Custom Polyurethane Molding

Polyurethane is a very versatile material. It has great wear and cut resistance when compaired to natural rubber. It also has very good oil resistance. It's unique properties make it a great choice for wear pads, bumpers, knife backers, or any other application where abrasion or cut resistance is critical. We can manufacture polyurethane parts in almost any size or shape. Ethers or esters, MDI or TDI, very hard or extremely soft, we have a formula to make the right material for your needs. From the smallest gasket or bumper to a large feed roller that needs finished to a very close tolerance, we can make it. We can supply the complete part, including any metal inserts or brackets, or remanufacture your old parts. Field Rubber Products ...

Custom Rubber Molding

Molded rubber items are where we got our start back in 1955. We manufacture special seals, O-rings, gaskets, bumpers, and other rubber parts to our customers' specifications. Over the years we have done everything from ajustable rubber feet for worktables to very complicated seals and hoods. We can vulcanize rubber to metal or plastic. We stock natural rubber, neoprene, nitrile, silicone, EPDM, SBR, viton, and other more exotic materials. FDA grade materials are also available. If you are not sure exactly what material to use, call us. We will evaluate your application and suggest a material and hardness to fit your requirements. Small quantities are no problem. Our maximum mold size is 24" x 24" x 20"tall.
